I purchased 3 sim cards on the 24 of July and loaded 2 airtime vouchers of R55 on 1 of the sim cards. I then used the same sim card to phone the call centre to have a sim swap done, in my mind I was calling from 1 of the other 2 sim cards. The lady that assisted me didn't let me know that the sim card I was phoning on had data otherwise I would have given her another sim card number for the sim swap to be processed on all she asked was if I wanted to use the sim card I was phoning f on from the sim swap and I said yes but she didn't explain what she meant by that question. I now have lost 500 GB of data that I purchased with the airtime I bought which is unacceptable. I phoned the call centre on Saturday and was promised a call back but it didn't happen. I tweeted with no reply. Sent a DAM, no reply and I phoned the call centre again today and spoke to Eva and her manager Zakhele but they failed to assist me. Please assist to resolve this before I escalate it further, this is daylight roberry.
