********* the lot of them

So what a wonderful evening I have had, and please read that with as much srcasm as you can muster, as no company in my 31 years alive on gods green earth has managed to ****$$$!!!!!! me off this much.

SO lets start, first you steel R400 and claim it was for data usage on an account that had no active Internet service. I am still waiting for your department to actualyl get backt o me on that complaint.

Next I can cel my contract because you people as steeling my money and nobody bother confirm, I have have to get confirmation myself.

Next up Vodacom goes and runs an unauthorized debit order against my account for money not owed to you by me.

Fast forward to my actual cancellation date, 30 April, woops Vodacom does not process said cancellation and i need to call in once again to get that done.

That finally gets done today only for Vodacom to ONCE AGAIN steel over R700 of my airtime. I call in to complain and get told that all of a sudden, Vodacom has a new **** THE CUSTOMER policy and you loose all your TopUp airtime when moving to prepaid. I however get told I need to contact retentions to get them to sort it out, where 3 people proceed to hang up on me.

You know, the only thing that ****es me off more than all of this, it's the thought that I still have 2 contract left with you and am going to have to suffer for another 18 months dealing with your Zuma tactics.

So, here are 2 options, you have my banking details, zero out my current sim card and traner that money into my bank account so that I can take this number away from you people before you steel any more of my money OR restore the R700+ you stole from me this afternoon.

It is sad when such a big company becomes indistinguishable from the worlds most ******* president in history.
