********* committing *****

Dear Vodacom Clients, I am here t‎o warn you of how easy Vodacom makes it to commit *****. Yesterday, 25Aug2017 @13h51, a Vodacom Sales Assistant and his/her Manager in Jo'burg, tried to do a sim swop on my number (I live in Cape Town). I received a sms that a sim swop is in process........except, I did not initiate it.‎ I called the help line at 14h00 so there was enough time to take action against the ********* working for Vodacom. To do a sim swop, one apparently needs a green ID book and proof of address. Was the ******* sim swop an inside job? Yes. My ID number indicates that I am a male. My address is in Cape Town. My bank details indicate that I am in Cape Town. Whoever processed the sim swop, ignored all signs that points to a ******** trying to do ********** business‎, unless they were in on it. Why does a sim swop not require the sales assistant to actually CALL the number in question in order to personally verify a sim swop? I bet you it's because they are busy committing a crime that's why. It is ludicrous to think that a sales assistant can just punch in a random number on their screen and plainly initiate something as serious as a sim swop! There are absolutely NOT ENOUGH red tape to prevent *****!! It is bad enough that someone hijacked my identity, falsified my ID book and personal bank details!! Is this not a crime in South Africa anymore?!??!! Numerous times I tried to ask the Vodacom Assistant at the call centre, if they are going to investigate this issue.......but I only got vague replies. So it is fair to deduct that no steps are in place for ********** acts.‎.........probably because they don't want to bring trouble to their buddies. Apparently, a sim swop takes 5 hours to go through. The ******** had to go back to the Vodacom store where they committed the crime so why was he/she not apprehended on their return? Either the ******** falsified my ID book‎ or the sales person at the Vodacom store broke the law. Which is it? Irrespective of who was at fault........why isn't a big deal made of this? Is committing ***** and ******** acts now such a normal usual occurence in South Africa? Why wasn't there people apprehended or disciplined? That is why I say.............be careful of Vodacom.........their staff in the store can commit ***** without blinking an eye and they also know they will get away with it because no disciplinary steps are taken to ensure that purity exists between the Vodacom Company and it's clients. (Vodacom client wishes to remain anonymous.)
