Credits Still Not reflection

Good day,<br> <br> I was over debited at the end of April. I received two sms' to say that Vodacom had credited me R262.28 (ex vat) and R218.42(ex vat) both of these are not reflecting on my account.<br> <br> I am completely unhappy with the service received from Vodacom over the last few weeks. Please ensure these amounts are taken off of my account by the close of business today! <br> <br> Thank you<br> Rebecca
