Once again Vodacom are as inept, even when attending to matters on Hellopeter! They promised to look into my matter and get back to me, yet that is all they do, put a reply on Hellopeter to say they will get back to me, but nothing, nada! Customer Service is an unknown part of this business, I wish I could do as little as they do, and still be in business. Absolute *******.
