Credit vetting
I apply online for you to activate my Vodacom fibre line which your business bought from evotel to get told that I have failed the credit vetting. Are you joking? And when I ask for a reason you say it could be a system glitch and I must submit 3 months bank statements etc. First up, I have never been rejected credit EVER. Second up, have will my bank statements help you if you rejected me already. Third up, i checked my credit score after you rejected me today and it looks perfect to me and scored quite high on the credit worthiness. Fourth up, what credit exactly are you extending to me on a month to month contract paid upfront in advance? Fifth up, thanks for phoning me back today when i complained about your vetting department and requested a proper reason before i submit any further informaion, when i say thanks i’m talking to you the supervisor Charlene who cannot be bothered to phone me back. Sixth up, i assure you I can afford R549 a month fee, i already pay afrihost this which i was going to cancel to move to you, maybe you should phone Afrihost and tell them I’m not cresit worthy even though if you look at my credit profile you will there is ZERO instances of me missing payments on any credit. This company is pathetic. Don’t you think i deserve a reason why you think i’m a bad choice of customer?
