Credit to Dominic from Vodacom Upgrades!

I know that usually people only post on HelloPeter to launch complaints or leave poor reviews of terrible companies, I get it. And I've has some questionable assistance from Vodacom in the past (policy changes affecting what you're paying for, etc).

BUT I just wanted to immediately give Dominic from Upgrades a huge shoutout, excellent service and assistance. My cell contract ended in December and I was due for an upgrade and my home internet (also from Vodacom) package also ends soon, but I haven't gotten round to going into a Vodacom shop to sort out new packages/organize upgrades yet, since I don't have need for a new phone now immediately.

Dominic assisted me so well and thoroughly explained everything, completely catering to my current needs for my 2 packages and helping me get what I need from them at this stage.

I know how it feels when the focus is only placed on the bad experiences, so I wanted to give credit where credit is due. Dominic is excellent - Vodacom if you're reading this, give that man a raise, he's keeping your clients happy and doing an excellent job overall.
