Credit status update on Experian shows default

Hi I had a Vodacom account of which I paid up in April this year and asked Vodacom to close the account. Vodacom hasn't updated my credit status on credit beareu and this is reflecting badly on my credict scoring with Experian because it shows as default.

Please assist me with this matter urgently.
