Credit request

Since last year July I have been canceling a number that vodacom has been ignoring. Now I am being charged for that particular number and they are busy telling me they are going to suspend my contract because of this particular number. I have called in several times and requested for the number to be credited because I will not be liable for a number I have requested to be canceled months ago. I am tired of the run around
