Credit removed from account (looks like *****)

I phoned the call centre trying to find out why the R215.98 on my account was Journalled away with the reference stating \Tallyman w\". The call centre forward me to Accounts , Accounts forwarded me to Cancellations and they all said they could not assist me because the cant see any statements on my account.<br> <br> Please provide me with a reason why my credit on my account was removed.
