Credit reimbur*****t

In June 2020 lost my iPhone and I went to reported it and claimed for another phone at vodacom. For so reason I was unable to pay for the access fee that they were requesting at tha time, so I had to unfortunately downgrade to Huawei P90 lite. In 2022 February I noticed that the amount of money that has been deducted from my account on a monthly basis is actually actually still for the iPhone which was R360 instant of R115 for Huawei. I reported that matter to vodacom insurance so that they can update their systems and also reimburse me the difference. After back and forth phone calls from February 2022,vodacom insurance finally decided to pay my money but they paid it into my vodacom account and at the moment I had sent an email with my personal banking details to one of the consultants named Thando Makgwale. By the time the money was paid on the vodacom account it was R3500 now vodacom is directly take the money that I am suppose to be paying monthly from that R3500, which is something that I never agreed to. I want that money on my personal bank account. Now vodacom insurance and vodacom account are giving me a run around, accounts says that they can't pay me the money because it was the insurance fault for putting money on my vodacom account instant of my personal. Vodacom insurance says they can't do anything for me because the money is no longer with them but with vodacom accounts. I am very disappointed in the service that I am getting because I have been a loyal customer for about 8 years now. About four consultants now who have **** to me on the calls saying that everything is sorted your money will be in your account in the next 7days. I have been waiting for the 7 days period from February the 9th (referencing the date from my first email communication with consulted Mofenyi Victorious Mmoloke) vodacom insurance department.

I hope this matter will be sorted

Regards Disappointed customer
