Credit record by Vodacom SP

I checked my credit record and I have an outstanding account with Vodacom which is 6 months in areas, Im not aware of it as it states that I opened the account somewhere in 2011 and currently owing R296. I am willng to make payment to remove this under my credit report.<br> The problem is that I cannot get assistance as I dont even know or have that ber, i contacted 082111, they transfered me to legal on *** who transfered me to accounts on *** and when all of them check they said they dont have me on their records. The other problem is that when i call the accounts department its requesting me for a vodacom number either than that i cannot get assistance.<br> Can I please have someone to assist me urgently as I need to sort this out immediately. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
