Credit record affect by error on Vodacom - In ability to take responsibilty and find resolution

On behalf of my spouse - Stephanie Ballot,

Numerous emails and calls to try and get this sorted has resulted in a negative credit score - Complete and utter disregard for customer service, rude and pathetic service from Switchboard, same answer - will take 3 working days, acknowledgement of mistake but because we are dealing with a different person we can never get someone to take responsibility. I am telling everyone i know howw pathetic Vodacom has become - I am forwarding the below information to a lawyer to sue - just so that you can see i am not bluffing

Final straw - called back again after 'Raeto, Morena Thabanghas failed to come back to use - i have tried Jaco Van Den Heever on Twitter as to get someones attention, spoke to Dayalan Govender , the manager of the Cancellations/retentions , he said there is nothing he can do but escalate.

This is going onto Facebook, and anywhere else i can get noticed, maybe even get Carte Blanch involved if need be.

If i lose my house that we are trying to finance due to this, there will be no legal ends i wont go to to get Vodacom to pay!!

Easy to take money - hard to srervice

FED UP

Audrey Berndt

T +27 (0)10 **********

C +27 (0)79 **********

F +27 (0)86 **********

W www.blvlaw.co.za

P P.O. Box 1862 Witkoppen 2068

A Fourways View, Block B, 1210 Sunset Avenue, Fourways, 2055

I have read receipts of people reading mails, there must be over 40 calls under her profile

Good Morning

Please see attached all documents sent through regarding my cancellation request from April – Date.

On the 30th of March 2016 I phoned requesting a cancellation of my contract (082 ********** ) and received a premature cancellation letter (attached).

On the 02nd of April 2016 I paid the cancellation amount as per the premature cancellation letter received.

On the 04th of April 2016 I faxed my signed premature cancellation letter as well as my proof of payment.

I then phoned to confirm that my number had been cancelled and the agent told me that the port of my number was successful and that the account was closed.

Every month since then I have received statements for a number which I never signed for or agreed to (072 ********** ).

We have been trying to cancel this number since May 2016 and eventually were asked to sign a new premature cancellation letter on the 08th of June 2016 attached.

On the 11th of July 2016 I received a letter confirming that the number was now cancelled.

I am still receiving statements for this account and have attached the latest statement dated 03 September 2016 stating that I have an outstanding amount.

The above has resulted in a bad rating against my credit record.

I am in the process of a bond application and as a result of the above, I may not get approval.

I request that you immediately correct this by doing the required cancellations, clearing the outstanding balance reflecting on this number that I never had access to nor

signed for nor agreed to, and providing me with a letter to provide to the bond registrars stating that this was a mistake on Vodacom’s side.

I have just spoken to one of your agents in the retentions department stating that you will provide me with the above within the next 3 working days.

My reference number for the call is: S3-G8D1E-E1WS0.
