Credit rating destroyed thanks to Vodacom

This is a follow up on the ongoing issue. A payment was incorrectly allocated to my Vodacom account by Vodacom. This left my account with a credit balance, which means my scheduled debit order didn't run. Vodacom then corrected the issue after the date of the debit orders, but said nothing to me about their mistake, but instead bombard me with "your account is in arrears" messages. If I receive a sms with a "click here to pay" link I am absolutely not going to click on that link due to suspected suspicious activity. It took 3 phone calls to Vodacom accounts department, the first call was cut off, didn't bother to call me back, second call, different agent, simply said I have to pay the arrears, I then discovered what the issue was and told them about it, and demanded an immediate debit order to be run. This happened too late and Vodacom has now flagged me on the credit bureau website, after I was specifically told it wouldn't happen. I have only found this out now because I am applying for finance for building extensions to my business and the bank are now refusing to process my application because Vodacom, through their negligence, have flagged me on the credit bureau website. I suggest Vodacom, that this issue is rectified immediately. It is due to your (Vodacoms) incompetence and total lack of customer service that my exemplary credit rating has now been tarnished because of your accounts department.
