Credit promised since July 2017

I am sick and tired of Vodacom and their useless staff. This will be the 3rd complaint on Hello Peter regarding this issue. From Feb 2017 i have been charged for a VLIVE service which i never subscribed for and Vodacom have admitted to. I received confirmation from Vodacom in July that i will be credited and it is now September and still no credit has passed. This after i have called in to Vodacom over 20 times to have this sorted. I even got put through to their solutions department who still cant get it sorted. Account, Customer Service and then Solutions department and still no resolution. Vodacom hear me now, I will reverse my debit order onthe 1st of next month and you can cancel my contract if this does not get sorted out in 24hours. If you cannot fix your mess then you can forget about me paying my account next month and i will rather move to another service provider. The clock it ticking!!!

Your feedback is incorrect. The credit due to me for Vlive is a Total of R1156.80 if you calculate the vlive billed to my account from Feb invoice to July invoice. The credit you seeing for Sep is for another billing query i had where you double billed me on my line rental. Note how many billing i have you you useless people. I say again you have 5 hours left before i cancel my contract. I will take this as far as i have to.
