Credit profile not updated

Hi there , I previously had a contract with Vodacom which I was unable to pay as I lost my job. In 2022 as soon as I got a job I settled the account as it was handed over to VVM Debt collectors. I received paid up letters from Vodacom which shows I paid them in October 2022, we are currently in 2024 and my ITC credit profile still reflects in arrears. I’ve been calling Vodacom the collections department for a whole year straight and I’m not getting anywhere. I spoke to a manager by the name of Ntokozo and Surprise however I’m still getting the run around. I’ve been told so many times this has been escalated it take 7-10 days however still at square 1. I have exhausted all my resources to get this sorted and do not know what to do anymore. Ntokozo and Surprise have stopped replying to me via email, when I call in the call centre and request to speak to them, they always busy and in a meeting. We are currently heading for February 2024 and I’m still at the same place where I was when I first called the collections department in 2023. The communication, service and people skills I received from Vodacom is absolutely pathetic. Till today I still haven’t received a solid answer as to when this will be sorted. Also I requested to speak to Ntokozo and Surprise managers 3 weeks ago but still waiting on a response. I would like clarity on this matter, Vodacom is not going to fix my credit score for the whole 1 year + it reflects in arrears. And to top it off it shows R917 in arrears, sucha a small amount that’s affecting my credit score so bad. I’m at the point where I’m evens willing to pay the R917 again to get it off my name!! I’ve honestly had it with this matter. Agents dropping the line while I’m speaking to them, no call back received, managers fooling me around like I’m a puppet and could careless. I can’t surely be the only one that’s in a situation like this.

There is absolutely no structure and compassion showed by any of these people.

I am super upset and have no where to go. I’m trying to log a complaint but do not evens know the process to follow as these people can’t advise me.

I need this matter resolved immediately.
