Credit profile impacted due to poor communication
Hi Team,
I am hoping that both VVM and Vodacom will align on the matter below and give me a settlement letter.
1. I received an offer for a 40% discount for woman’s day and I jumped at the offer. Called VVn and a debut order for R876.24 was set it went off on the 24th of August.
2. Called VVM around the 29th to request letter agent told me that the letter was requested for me.
3. Called VVM again today to follow up agent tells me letter was requested and it should take 21 days I refused to accept the 21 days and asked what the delay is she said VVM is waiting for vodacom to confirm. I said I’ll call vodacom she gave me number ***
4. Called Vodacom, I was told there amount I paid is incorrect. They have no view of the discount given to me, Agent tried to call VVM while I was on the line but she said they are not picking up I said I’ll call them again.
5. Called VVM again was told that actually the discount was offered by Vodacom the very same Vodacom that could not pick up the discount. She said Vodacom must them amend the amount and then only I can received the letter.
I think that it is unfair that I must go from pillar to post between supplier and a customer trying to drive information that should have been tracked systematically but I must track this communication via telecom. Please look at this case and assist me with a settlement letter and update credit entities,
Its been 2 weeks of non communication. Regards,
