Credit owed but not funds paid!!!

If I could rate Vodacom with a zero, I would. I cancelled a contract last year which took me resorting to this platform to get Vodacom to carry out my instruction. They finally admitted their error. They owe me a refund. I have received the credit note but no funds have been paid into my bank account. How can one company be so utterly useless? Vodacom, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Your service is a disgrace. I hate dealing with Vodacom. What a bunch of **********!!!!!!!!!
