Received multiple calls on friday, people apologising and saying that a credit note has been issued and it will reflect soon on the stores system, I then received a call from the store saying the credit not has been issued and I can come through. When to the store saturday morning and they say a credit note of R8500 has been issued, when I took the contract for the phone the value of the phone was around R13500, I still have to pay for the contract but have to take a cheaper phone. As for the sales consultant has the audacity to tell me that’s an old phone and there are many new phones I can take that is cheaper, if I wanted a cheaper phone I would have taken a cheaper contract. They have now asked me for proof of purchase; I had to make multiple trips because of this..

Can I please just get the same phone replaced, there was a reason I took that phone and now I need to reconsider. If the phone is discontinued or no stock is available please advised if the latest Variant of that phone can be swapped..

Please can this be addressed urgently, as this is now affecting my Work...

This second review regarding this issue, please can we get this resolved asap
