CREDIT NIGHTMARE

There were subscriptions on my number which was debited off my account, after querying this with Vodacom I was told that a credit will be passed. This incident took place on the 05/08/2020, I call Vodacom back around the 18/08/2020 to check on the progress of the credit and the lady told me that the credit was passed and I should receive it in 7-10 working days. I called again on the 07/09/2020 to find out and the gentlemen told me he is going to the lady who initiated the process to find out what is going on with the credit and I should call if I do not receive an SMS by Friday 11/09/2020 - which of course no SMS was received. I call in again this morning and the lady says there is a process with regards to passing on credit and it should be passed by the 03/10/2020. There is no transactions with regards to me speaking to any of the consultancies besides the 05/08/2020 (how convenient). This is going on for far too long, had I not made a payment, they would block my number until I do but when it is time to credit, it takes 2 months to do so, I have been with Vodacom for a while now and thinking of taking my business elsewhere, the least they could have done was call me and keep me posted, even if it takes them 6 months to pass a credit, its fine, as long as they communicate. Very disappointing Vodacom, did not expect this from you, after moving from MTN to Vodacom, I think i rather go back to them.
