CREDIT MY ACCOUNT!!!

This is the second time I'm writing a review on the same thing. My insurance policy for my cellphone was supposed to be cancelled three months ago. This was only done successfully a few weeks ago.

And now I'm still fighting to have my account credited for the 3 months on the insurance that I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN billed. On the last review I expressed that I am extremely annoyed as everytime I call to address this all I keep getting told is that "this will be escalated" , infact this was the email I was sent....

"Dear Customer,

Kindly note that your credit refund request has been escalated to our Credit Department for their perusal and we will revert to you once feedback is received, within seven (7) days excluding public holidays from date hereof.

Should you have any queries, please feel free to contact the writer hereof.

And guess what??? Still nothing!!!!! This is almost R1000 that I should NOT HAVE BEEN BILLED FOR guys and now I have to spend months on end trying to get the situation rectified...this is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!
