Credit card payment

I have signed a legal contract with Vodacom to pay my bill with my credit card every month. When my credit card expired recently Vodacom refused to allow me to pay with my credit card any longer. I lodged a complaint with Hello Peter after which Vodacom contacted me back and updated my credit card with the new expiry date. It was confirmed that they will deduct again from my credit card every month. The payment on 1 January 2017 was once again rejected.

Dear Sir
Nobody from Vodacom has contacted me yet. I am worried that my cellphone will be cut off.

I got this message on my cellphone today, (so I take it my credit card payment has still not gone through)
Vodacom :) Life is hectic, so avoid phone calls and SMS "PTP" to 31050 if a full payment of R986.99 will be paid to your vodacom account within the next 5 days
