CREDIT BUREAUX LISTING

I am extremely annoyed and dissappointed about Vodacom. I was sold a beautiful package in 2013 telephonically by one of your consultants under my GIVEN-AWAY mobile number ***, after too many request I agreed and I was ASSURED that I could cancel anytime should I need to. I resigned last year from work and phoned sometime in July to cancel and was told contract cancelled and closed. Later this year I learned that I owed Vodacom money, I tried to fight this but was pushed from pillar to post with no help. Two weeks ago I received an sms stating that I have been listed under the Credit Bureaux. I AM TAKING THIS MATTER UP TO ICASA. My number was has been given to someone else and unable to view any of my emails which were done under this network.
