Credit

I am currently due for an upgrade and am a Vodacom customer for more than 10 years. Recently, I had financial problems, due to the current difficulties we are all facing, because of that my credit level have been downgraded with Vodacom.

My problem is, I have to upgrade to devices (low spec) that they "recommend" for me. Sometimes the low spec phones amount to R399pm for 24 months, but when I want to upgrade to a phone and package with a smar****ch, that will only cost me R199, they decline it due to my credit. How does that even make sense? specially if you compare R199 to R399?
