Creating Voicemail on my business mobile number....!

I got a new mobile number (phone included ~ for my business) on the 8th of June 2016, whereby all seemed working well on the 9th of June 2016 as I got my phone number SMS informing me this is my cell number. So I got the phone activated/setup and Vodacom Centurion (South Africa) helped me to get Watts-app installed. But when I wanted to setup my voicemail on the 14th of June the problems started. When dialing the voice-box number (082121) a voice instructed me to press 1 to setup my personal voicemail box, but in doing so; the call ended. I called the Vodacom Customer Care Centre from my personal cell, whereby the consultant informed me that this mobile number that I've got problems with doesn't even exist on the network (eg. it has been a prepaid number before that has been canceled in 2014). So I tried to make a phone call from & to the problem cellphone, which failed. I then got in contact with Vodacom Centurion, whereby they acknowledged that they made a fault with the registration proses in the store. This was rectified, but on the 15th of June I could still not setup my voicemail box. So I went back to Vodacom Centurion Store; where I got some technical assistance and they sent me home assuring me that this will be rectified. Instead of fixing the problem Vodacom made it worse, yes I understand that when Vodacom activates a new voicemail box, it takes 24hrs. before it (personal voice message) can be setup on the cellphone number. But instead of fixing the problem on the mobile number with the problem, Vodacom sc****d my personal phone’s voicemail box on the 21st of June (prepaid phone). So I lost my messages I’ve stored on this number that nothing was wrong with and all though this was not really the tragedy, but rather that Vodacom tampered (tried fixing the problem) on the wrong mobile number. Until now (the 24st of June) my problem mobile number is still faulty (eg. I can still not setup my voicemail box). Yes, I can make & receive phone calls, but without a personal voicemail box message being setup the number defaults to sending an SMS if I had a miss-call informing me that someone phoned me (miss-called message) & the number from where the call was made. As a business I cannot use (operate) this default setting, it will affect my name & business negatively if potential customers phone me (my business) and they can’t leave a message instructing them what to do. It will all so make it difficult for me on receiving a miss-call SMS as I will not know whether it was a potential client or just someone trying to “sell me some stuff”; in other words useless information wasting my precious time doing business. I have informed Vodacom about the seriousness of the matter, that I have everything in place to start my business. But without having this mobile number, I can’t start my business as all my adverts/documents/aspects of the business has this mobile number as a contact number on and I am not working, hence no income. All feedback I’m getting from Vodacom is that a call has been locked with them (eg. it was given to Vodacom’s IT on the 16th of June), at first on my problem mobile number (to activate the voicemail box) via synchronizing it with the Vodacom network; then deleting the voicemail box & re-activate it again. This matter has escalated from working just on the problem mobile number (with the IT team) to the network IT team, with no or little results within 6½ working days, because IT doesn’t work over weekends this problem will again escalate over to Monday the 27th of June. Emails have also being sent from the store consultant to these IT teams manager’s, but the IT teams manager’s doesn’t respond very often or hardly at all to each other or to the store consultant. By now, I think, my problematic matter is clear; I have no income: evan though I’m starting a business and the only thing holding me back starting this business: is the problem mobile number. I’ve evan told/asked Vodacom whether they are willing to compensate me for the potentially lost of income I could have had by already placing my adverti*****ts a week ago. I’ve also “told/threatened” Vodacom by saying: “Maybe I must go to another mobile network supplier.” The latest I’m getting from Vodacom is that Vodacom’s network has some new system changes (I suspect new software), and as anything new has problems at first, the same applies to Vodacom in this case. Now it looks to me that I’m just another number to Vodacom & they can’t even tell me when this matter will be resolved. To me this is unacceptable as one of Vodacom’s most loyal clients; I’ve never had so much problems with Vodacom since I’ve being their client for several years (more than 10). Is there any possible way you can assist me in this matter…?
