Creapy service from Vodacom

I called Vodacom today firstly to complain about the fact that when I call I do not get an option to speak to a consultant which is a problem I reported since last year but even now m still struggling. Secondly they are eating my airtime i mean I bought R39 airtime and they gave me R39 free airtime and I was on the internet for 2 minutes then everything was gone, I was left with R6 in 2 minutes like really, then this consultant called Thembisile has the decency to hang up on me while m still talking. I've been a loyal customer to Vodacom for more than 10 years now but this is it. M done with Vodacom with their creapy service
