Crazy Pricing

I have been a vodacom customer for the past 10+ years , your service and pricing has gone from the best to the worst , I use 100Mb for 2 days!! how is that even possible ! when all i do is use whatsapp , I myself work for a ISP and never have i came across this horrible pricing , its literally day light *******. Im on the verge of changing providers as i cannot spend as much money on data all the DAMN TIME , vodacom is definitely going to loose customer as all the people i know have already change to Telkom. Your Network coverage isnt the same either , it used to be the best , but not anymore i can be in an area with a tower a few houses away and yet my reception will be bad. Im so disgusted in this service , never thought it would reach this point.
