My Vodacom account was in arrears and it was settled in full. On the 10th of October I received my statemnt reflecting that an amount of R634 will be debited, to my amazement R1256 was debited. I tried calling the accounts department several times and I was told nonsence. I want my money back into my account today, its easy to take but difficult to refund. Stupid bunch of *****s..Studid suckers are telling me to send them a bank statement like I have time to que at the bank, they aleady have my account numbers they must just refund. Cell C contact buy out is more appealing to me now.
