****py service from game the glen and vodacom

hi i took out a contract from game the glen through vodacom as a service provider .from the inception of the contract i had endless problems with the device sending the device the 1st time for repairs took 2 months for my device to be returned . two months later i had a problem with the same device took it back for repairs 3 weeks later i got the device back RNR (returned not repared) in the year that i have the contract i have not had the device for more then 3 months and i still paying for the contract every month . on the first repair the detachable keyboard was taken with the device and till today has not been returned to me .
