I have never in my life recieved such bad service from a store... I have had to come back 4 times for a contract upgrade.
The customer service is terrible you sit here and nobody assists you, you literally have to be the one pushing the stuff to do their work...
After waiting for very long to get the upgrade, the simcard I got didn't work. I have had to come back again for the same issue again. This store is simply put *******
