**** service from lazy employees

So I have been a loyal vodacom customer for 6 years now never needed to complain ,until now. <br> <br> Recently my Iphone 5 started giving charging issues after almost 2 years of use, so I though I would just take it to the vincent branch for repairs hoping that they would help me out by fixing it or maybe with getting my upgrade that was due in 20 days from then. <br> <br> On my arrival at the branch I needed to scout for someone to help me.I explained my dilema to the tech guy and from this point forward I was disgusted with all service from him. <br> <br> He first told me there is no way they can fix it. He had not even taken my phone into his hands to have a look or looked on the system. I asked if there is a way he could help me with my upgrade that is due in 20days and said no, no way. Still not even looking in the system to check anything at all, just leaning forward on his desk. Eventually I folded and asked if I can atleast phone some one who might help and he said no there is nothing he can do for me. All of this with a truly **** attitude. <br> <br> Off I went to the beacon bay branch and they had me sorted and set up with a new iPhone 6 within 10mins of my arrival and all of this done with joy!
