Cradlestone vodacom, TERRIBLE service
I was at vodacom Cradlestone (March 2018) and the service was just terrible. This is my second review and after the 1st I was phoned and apologised to and promised that the transfer of ownership would be done asap. Needless to say it was never done. I phoned again in October and asked to speak to the manager Kalie, who then promised to phone me back as soon as he has all the details.. he never returned my call. I have made use of cradlestone vodacom so many times and every time has been absolutely horrible. I really don't recommend cradlestone vodacom at all. I struggled from March up to date to get this done. I went to WOODLANDS vodacom where I recieved the best service from Ryno Vorster, it took 15 minutes to do the transfer of ownership and everything was on my name. He was super helpful and super kind. Thank you Ryno.
