Cracked screen repair

My samsung s6 flat was sent in for a cracked screen repair to polokwane repair centre,a day after it was sent in i recieved a call stating that it is not just the screen that was damaged but the motherboard is broken,i was a bit suspicious because i used the phone with the cracked screen, they quoted me R1200 for repairs,i accepted the R1200 and asked them to repair it.
The phone came back after i had to wait 2 weeks,as soon as i switched the phone on i saw the back button is not responding,on closer inspection i saw the screen is not fitted properly,i asked them to send the phone back so they did, waited another week, recieved a call they said they are waiting for parts they see the problem and it will be fixed, today i recieved the phone again with a report stating no repiars done,no fault found, and the screen is still not fitted correctly.
This is very unprofessional and a massive inconvenience having to work without my phone.
I am not very keen on paying the full R1200 anymore seeing that this is the way they chose to do business.
