Cracked Screen

Went to Vodacom Jabulani Mall to get a screen repair done on the Sony phone on the 9th of August. On the 24th of August was told tha the job is currently in repair process and awaiting spares.

30th of September, was told to go and collect the phone, with a R150 excess for the screen repair. The 3rd of October I went to collect the phone and was told that it has a BER (physically damaged due to abuse to SIM reader, USB connector. The phone went in, in good working condition except for the cracked screen and nothing else. why was i not told this within a week of taking my phone in, only 2 months later after whoever worked on it had damaged it (the corners have marks on them, most likely due to the phone being opened by force).

Then i was told by the manager to contact the repair center's head office and spoke to a very rude lady, Happy, who also was not interested in getting my query resolved, who also refused for me to speak to her manager.

Now im sitting with a phone, still having a cracked screen and no joy from the head office or the branch.

Dear Roderique,
I am yet to get a phone call from Vodacom (Jabulani Mall) regarding a resolution to this query.
The store manager called a week later after my complaint and he is still getting back to me.
