cracked screen

I sent my tablet in for repairs and the only thing that was wrong was the sensor. I collected my package yesterday and I opened it today the screen was cracked. This is pathetic. I am even more upset. Vodacom has to fix this asap. I was told that I must send my device to mobi warehouse for repairs but how can I do this now because the screen came back cracked from Vodacom.
