After billing my account now for the 3rd time in a year for over R7,000 in out of bundle rates data charges and affording this pathetic company another chance to fix their shockingly ******* system as well as my account. all you get from these useless tools is the standard ******** response that these idiots provide on sites like HelloPeter to try and save face and improve customer opinion. DON'T BOTHER USING VODACOM! Their ******* data count and notification system will try and ***** loyal customers over when they think no one is looking. Well that was the ****ing last time that you have tried it with me. i will be filing a formal complaint with with the commissioner for violations of the consumer protection act and i will go one better and file a lawsuit against you ****** as well.
