CPA ACT CONTRAVICTION

<p>I am writting this review just to inform vodacom that I will be sending an email through to the CPA to deal with the matter directly with them as I do not seem to be getting anywhere with vodacom</p> <p>I purchased a Vodacom contract phone on Sunday the 23rd of July 2017...I took the phone home and noticed through using it in the week that the battery life was terrible, it was not lasting an entire day and I had to go home and charge it before I went to bed, this is not ideal for a new phone as I signed a contract for 24 months. I then proceeded to go to Vodacom shop - mall of africa, where the phone was purchased on Saturday the 30th of July to inform Vodacom that I was not happy with the brand, the battery and this phone was not going to last me long at all and I would like a new phone. I was assisted by the gettleman who sold me the phone contract to begin with Fumani...I let him know that even if they do fix this battery life, I don't want the phone at all as it is not a good brand. I donot want this phone back, and I still have not recieved any news regarding the phone that was taken for repair as they said that is the only way to be able to look at my request.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have not heard anything regarding my phone and it has been over ten days now, this has been the worst customer service ever experienced. I want a different more reliable model and I want Vodacom to actually inform me whats going on...I am paying for a phone that I do not even have!</p>
