Communication with Vodacom has been extremely frustrating and an absolute nightmare. Vodacom makes false promises and then promptly shuts the door in your face. Seems like Vodacom believes t hat if it deliberately ignores the problem, it will go away ..frustrate the customer and he\she will give up and Vodacom gets away again and again.

I'm thoroughly disappointed but won't ever give up.
