Covers for vodacom branded cell phones

Numerous call and emails to vodacom, and numerous calls and visits to vodacom shops since december. Vodacom sell vodacom branded phones the smart speed and smart grand - bought one of each. I have been trying to get hold of covers for these phones for months. Call center says not a vodacom problem (but these are vodacom branded phones) or sends the problem to the back office - no response. Or says go to vodacom shop - the shops continually promise covers coming next week, then month, but they never arrive. When vodacom sell phones under their own brand name they should ensure accessories are available for these phones.
