Coverage problems

Coverage We stay in Walkerville. We don't have landlines. My husband has a business using Vodacom to do his business. We have been having problems with coverage for the past 3days. It's starting to affect his business. I only have a MTN contract. Called Vodacom shop and the only way you can contact the call center to log a call is to contact them from a land line or a Vodacom number. How is that possible. I was told to drive to an area where there is vodaco coverage. What the hell ??? So now we are stuck. You have to now leave your work and drive around looking for coverage. PATHETIC !!!!!!!!
