Courier never came

I have taken a Vodacom contract. Package was sent to RAM. Today I got a notification in the morning that package is out for delivery. Later in the evening I get another one that they could not get hold of me.

Nobody ever tried to contact me. RAM didnt even come here.

I then rescheduled so they deliver to my work address. They now saying this will take 5 days they need approval from Vodacom. I am disappointed at RAM. Seeing the number of complaints I might aswell forget.

I need your help I was hoping to be enjoying my data contract from today. May you approve the change of delivery to my work rather
