Vodacom should really stop using Skynet as their courier partner, they are the worst courier company in SA, been 3 days now getting “Delivery failed” sms’s and no one has been to my house, I have been home all this time, last week I even gave them a call the guy said my address doesn’t exist on GPS instead it shows an address from a street adjacent to me….he said it picks up my address as number 43 ******. Street and I find it strange because that street is very short, it ends at number 10 and 19…..how does GPS pick up a 43 when it doesn’t exist…even checked camera footage they haven’t been to my house, I have been with Vodacom for years and had a few deliveries with them, and whenever Skynet is supposed to deliver there’s issues…..also check on their HelloPeter page, Vodacom must stop using them….their drivers are rude and inconsiderate…..my petsote used them as well and I ordered 40kg dog food, unfortunately I was called out to work but my wife was home, sick, they cane through to deliver, parked at my gate, she then asked the driver if he can help by atleast putting the fog food in the yard as she was sick and couldn’t lift it….the driver simply said if it’s too heavy for you then it’s heavy for me as well and left the food there, my neighbour helped my wife out…..please do check out their page….this is not a jab a Vodacom..
