To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to confirm the cancellation of the LTE and VoiP service that I recently purchased for our store at Cedar Square.
The service has been terrible with little to no conncectivity since installation.
After having no connectivity at all for the first month, the issues were ‘fixed’ and we have still not been able to maintain constant connectivity or be able to complete a single phone call without being cutoff due to signal drop outs.
The internet has been the same with no steady connection. This has impacted on our ability to trade greatly and the assistance has been nil.
I request the cancelltion of the contract and a full reimbur*****t for all costs as not for one single day have we had the services available that we have been paying for.
