Could just aswell be *******

I'm on a business contract with Vodacom, I have been getting 100 minutes which I pay extra on my contract for from the start of my contract untill three months ago, I was away overseas without using my phone for just under a month and came back after the new month has started. I realised that I have received only 50 minutes, this has been happening for 3 months now. I have phoned Vodacom business numerous times, the first time I phoned the call agent (Justice is his name) was very friendly and helpful, untill the call was over and I did not get my reference number. The next time I phoned about 2 days later they told me there was a system error and they sent me a reference number. Well it's three months later and I have phoned about 5 times, the last time I phoned I was told someone would atleast contact me through email or phone. I am still waiting for that response. I even went to the Vodacom shop that I bought the contract from (Somerset mall) to ask for help, I was told that they are franchise stores and i need to phone in. I mean if I bought something at any store surely that store doesn't give you the suppliers number!! Now I have sent 2 emails and the only response I got was a automated email, Wich states that they will try and get back to me within 24 hours, 120 hours and no reply. This is shocking as I am paying for something they aren't giving me, and I dare stop paying a cent less they will shut my account down.

Do not use Vodacom, they do not deliver what is in your contract and what you pay for, it really is shocking the service they give!!
