Could it be more difficult?

<p>Does Vodacom actually want to sell more contracts or get rid of all their existing clients? I've had a data contract for2 years with Vodacom and never missed a payment. I try to get 2 new P8 Lite's on contract and everything goes to ****. Suddenly my account is in arrears by R4416.72. A number that has never been mine is added to my profile and they expect me to pay for activation and airtime that I can't even use! My existing and paid for data goes to waste because they made my sim unable to register on the network. I've been trying to rectify the issue since 10 September and neither the store nor the call centre wants to assist me in doing so... Apparently getting a lawyer is the only way to solve this.</p>
