*******ion

Vodacom blacklisted and sent an avalanche of debt collectors to recover monies they claim I owe, even after I have proven to them that I owed the company no money. They (Vodacom) are holding me against a contract I supposedly signed which they claim that if I do not cancel my contract ( a copy of which I did not receive) when it lapses, I will be automatically subscribed for data bundles to the tune of R500 every month. They went on to debit my account after the contract lapsed and because I was not working by then, there was no money in the account, and I did not receive any data from them. Vodacom now claim I owe them R500. It has been more than two years now I have been requesting a copy of the contract and to date, they have not sent me such. I really do not understand what game Vodacom is playing, but the company cannot claim and brag about profits by *****ing its customers. This is total crockery and trying to ***** from me as a customer. I have since jumped ship and do not want anything to do with this ***** business, but want my name to be cleared on the credit bureaus, that's all. Thanks Show quoted text
