*******ed bunch who do not care about customers

Vodacom the company that cannot control their own staff, opened a *****ulant contract on my name. When I realised that and contact them to inform that that contract does not belong to me, they then blocked all my lines (7 of them), instead of just to remove the one contract.

After various phone calls to various departments after 2 days, they managed to unblock my lines but the *****ulant contract is still on my name but is blocked.

The status on my contract still mention "*****", meaning I cannot do upgrades which are due for months now. Because of all this, I am now the one that is treated as a ********. I did not put it there, it is not my fault it is there, and yet the Supervisors of all departments are just in "i dont care" mode, and all say I have to wait for the investigation to be completed. Why? Why am I now being punished? ******* Vodacom Staff added this contract to my name without my approval.

I want that line removed from my account asap, I do not care if the investigation is completed or not, it has nothing to do with me. I am not the ******** here, Vodacom Staff are!!

Michael S, from the Vodashop in Ilanga Mall in Nelspruit did various phone calls to all departments and not even Vodacom Staff could resolve this problem. How sick is that?

I have been a good customer of Vodacom for more than 15 years now, I have huge monthly bills and NEVER did I ever not pay a monthly account, and Vodacom still treat me as a ********?

Any person can only take this type of nonsense up to a point!!

Yes, typical Vodacom, could not expected anything more. Just posted a default reply and leave it there. After 48 hours nobody even bothered to contact me or solve my problem.
