Vodacom is a ******* organisation who did want to pay the pleasecallme lawsuit. They are also ******* in making it impossible to cancel a contract. If I want to upgrade it is very easy and they answer their phones quickly, if u want cancel you hold on forever ( I tested them), they even promise to call u back but dont or refer u to a manager who does not answer the phone. They will rather milk you for an additional couple of months…all the month to month who want to cancel are millions added up I am sure… I am fed up with these ******* practises in our country
