I took out a contract a few months ago and want to downgrade my package because I dont use all the minutes and data. In December I phoned vodacom and they said only after 3 months can they downgrade my package and the fee will be R1000. Now when I phoned them the few jumped to R4000. It's a ******* all these contracts. Either way the charges are the same and no one ever gives this information when you take up a contract, they even bypass the CPA law and charge ridiculous penalties
