******* Technicians of Vodacare
On 31 March 2015 I took my cellphone to Vodacom where I bought it. Volume buttons were pressed inside the phone and could not be operated with a finger and charger slot was loose. They said I must pay because I've done unauthorised repair on the phone. This is a refurbished phone that Vodacom gave me in June 2013 to replace my 6 weeks old cellphone due to software problem. I've never repaired my cell anywhere except Vodacom. Perhaps ******* technicians have surely swapped parts inside to do private business with my parts and now I'm the victim. Hurt and angry and frustrated and dissapointed. I've been with Vodacom more than 15 years. This is shocking.
